Take the New York Thruway (Rt. 87) to exit 16, (Harriman & Rt. 17W). (If traveling North, do not take any previous exits marked Rt. 17.) Take 17 West, and take exit 115. At the bottom of the exit ramp take a right. Go about 200 yards to a "T". This will be Burlingham Road, and a sign pointing to the left will say, "Burlingham". Take a left towards Burlingham. (A right would take you back over Rt. 17.)
Go about 3 miles to an intersection with a flashing red light. This is the first and only traffic light on this road. At this intersection there will be a small post office on your left and a small store across the street on your right. This is the "town" of Burlingham, and you should see a town name marker about 200 yards before the flashing light. (Across the street on the left corner will be a sign for Indian Lake Camp.)
Go through this intersection and continue straight ahead on Burlingham Road for about another 200-300 yards. (There will be a long wooden fence on your left.) Take the first street on the left. This will be Walker Valley Road, but the street sign was removed and may not have been replaced yet. In addition, if it has been replaced it may be partially obscured by foliage. (Walker Valley Road does not cross Burlingham Road; it butts into it on the left.)
Walker Valley Road winds quite a bit. Go roughly 2-3 miles until you see the only two yellow road signs that will be in your vision at the same time on this stretch of road. Turn right onto Deer Run Lane just before the second yellow sign. (There will be a sign for the camp.) Bear left, and proceed to the main lodge - a large green building - and park to the right of the main entrance or in the parking lot at the rear of the building.
